At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your invoice to ensure prompt processing.

  Ship to Rescue Spa

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the items back to our authorized returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
